The Elephant Man is a European Erasmus+ project with the objective to promote in society and among the young people involved the values of social inclusion and young active citizenship, building meeting spaces within the community through film laboratories in 5 Euro-Mediterranean countries (Spain- Jovesólides, Italy-CEFA, Poland-Strefa WolnoSłowa, Greece-AMAKA, and Lebanon-Lebanese Development Network).

More specifically, to work on new proposals for social inclusion, which promote awareness

and empowerment of young people towards their contribution to a more inclusive, tolerant, and barrier-free Europe.

The consortium will implement the following activities:

  • Training of youth workers with an innovative methodology (new media) of social inclusion with training of trainers
  • Training toolkit and methodology for trainers
  • Workshops and web series by youth workers targeting young people
  • Production of short films and one documentary on “Identities”
  • Film festival

Guide with good practices on using video and art to enhance active citizenship and social inclusion of youth

With the support of the ERASMUS+ of the European Union and is coordinated by Jovesólides organization
